Cindy came to the Federation in early 2005. She moved to Annapolis from South Carolina and has experience working with non-profits, large corporations and also served in the United States Navy. She has formal education in horticulture and exercise physiology. She brings a variety of skills to the organization and contributed greatly to moving the Federation from an all volunteer to a staffed organization. Cindy has had a life-long passion for the outdoors and conservation. She lives on Harness Creek and is dedicated to the mission of the Federation.
