Farmers Talk by: Bob Fry, Co-Owner St. Brigids Farm, Kennedyville,MD
Cutting demo explaining where all the cuts come from 
Cooking Method Suggestions 
Grilling demo of his meats from the hind quarter
 
Refreshments Available

Each guest will take home a 3 lb. package of grass fed beef for their grills.

$45.00 per person     20 guests maximum  
 
We ask that you let us have your credit card infornmation or written check in advance to hold your confirmation. We need to know 48 hours notice for cancelations. A portion of our July 2009 seminars
will be donated to The South River Federation one of our long time charities we try to support.
