Get ready to celebrate our river with a morning paddle in the headwaters! 

Harbor Hills community has graciously offered to host this year's event at their community beach!  It's a perfect place for us to gather for the paddle and to conduct our Bernie Fowler-style Wade In and have our annual picnic. Non-paddlers welcome to attend the picnic and wade-in only.

This is an opportunity for an intimate experience with the River while getting to know others who share the committment to the South River Federation's mission.

Picnic supplies provided by the Lower Western Shore Tributary Team, Whole Foods , Chesapeake Bay Roasting Company and SeaWatch Int'l.  The Trib Team will also lead us on the wade-in and provide information and education.

Kayaks (with PFDs and paddles) can be rented from Annapolis Canoe and Kayak at a reduced rate for our event - call them directly to reserve and arrange payment.  The Federation will transport kayaks to/from the event site. 410-263-2303
